From mobile phone applications, online check in and opening 100 hotels a year, this group is certainly a pioneer in their market.

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £24’000 to £25’000 + bonus scheme

Role: Hotel Manager

Bonus: 45-60% Salary Bonus

We have a unique opportunity for a passionate Hotel Manager to join a worldwide hotel group.

This is an ideal first appointment for a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager looking to make their first impact. This role will report directly into the General Manager who has multi site responsibilities. An ideal post for growth as the previous Hotel Manager has just progressed to General Manager of a large single site.

Hotel Manager / General Manager
  • The customer experience is key. You will be a well balanced manager who leads in customer service, operates a profitable and well balanced business across all departments.

Hotel Manager / General Manager
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Operations Manager or first year of being a Hotel Manager or General Manager of a dynamic operation.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Real passion for very high customer service standards.
  • You will train and lead from the front.
  • You will have oodles of drive and enthusiasm.
  • Confident communicator on all levels.
  • Proven knowledge and results led occupancy and bedroom experience.
  • The ability to take ownership of customer and business needs day to day.
  • Living accommodation is available if needed.
