A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated and ambitious individual with a real passion for digital marketing to join our fast growing, highly reputable company.

Salary: Basic up to £20k (OTE £60k - £80k generous uncapped commission structure)

We are looking for someone with a passion for success, a proven track record and knowledge of digital marketing to grow our client base across all industry sectors. As a business development manager you will be responsible for producing sales through self-generation and be expected to take an active role in your personal schedule, reporting timeframes back to senior management.

Job Overview
• Establish a customer base through prospecting companies around the UK
• Respond to inbound sale enquires, qualify an opportunity & confidently talk about budgets
• Meet clients face to face and provide consultancy for their marketing enquires, selling SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing
• Spot cross selling opportunities for existing clients
• Marketing our services to our target audience
• Proposal writing
• Consultancy with our prospects
• Run face to face meetings and lead presentations
• Reporting on sale statistics
• Closing new business
• Add value to the CRM
• Deal with objections effectively and setting client expectations from their campaigns
• Working to and exceeding set KPIs and sales targets
Requirements
• 2 years proven sales record within a digital marketing agency, demonstrating experience of achieving company targets in a fast-paced sales environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prompt and maintain strong business-to-business relationships
• Have a real passion for digital
• Have an interest in marketing strategies and business growth
• Can demonstrate a desire for success
• Motivated by a challenge and driven to succeed
• Keen to establish themselves in an ambitious business
