HR GO Recruitment is currently recruiting for a luxury healthcare provider in the Warrington area who is opening a brand new, purpose built property and is in need of an experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager. The position will be for the groups latest edition to the portfolio based in Warrington and will accommodate elderly residents with general nursing needs and Dementia in a brand new state of the art building for up 70 residents. This service will also feature a specialist Dementia wing.
The role will be full time 40 hours per week and is offering a salary of up to £42k dependent on experience.
We are searching for a Nurse trained Deputy Manager with a background in Nursing Homes and elderly care. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills;
A demonstrated background in CQC compliance and maintenance
Excellent knowledge of Dementia and challenging behaviour as well as General Nursing needs
Experience of building and shaping a team of Carers, Nurses and Leads
Experience of maintaining occupancy
A relationship builder with the ability to maintain and establish sound relationships with external parties, residents and family members
Experience of working within a dual setting with both general and Mental Health needs
An organised and efficient approach with the ability to deal with any issues head on and effectively
To be considered for the post you will have either the RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification with active pin. You will need a minimum of two years experience to be eligible for consideration.
