Due to a period of growth, one of Manchester’s leading architectural practices is looking for an exceptional Project Architect with excellent job-running ability.
My client has a reputation for nurturing top talent. It works with an enviable portfolio of clients, and encourages its architects to work across sectors to develop their knowledge and skills.
The current opening has been created by a series of high-profile business wins. The successful architectural candidate in Manchester will have the opportunity to work on large value and prestigious projects from the outset, and they’ll develop their career in an environment where loyalty is rewarded.
This practice is looking for an accomplished project architect with the negotiation skills required to run a major job. Confidence is key and, with the right level of support, the project architect will excel in the delivery of multimillion-pound buildings and mixed-use developments.
A proven track record of running complex jobs is essential, and experience of working for a tier-one practice would be an advantage. A high level of competence using Revit is also desirable.
