The business is one of the UK’s leading providers of occupational health services. Clients include leading names across a wide range of sectors including aviation, construction, engineering, manufacturing, retail, utilities and the emergency services.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Client Account Manager. In your role, you will manage the strategic, operational and commercial relationship with a portfolio of high value clients.
You will maintain and improve client relationships by honest and proactive communication through a variety of mediums including face to face visits, telephone calls, educational material, email and video calls.
You will also develop and deliver strategic review plans, review services delivered and proactively develop initiatives to demonstrate best value and return on investment for clients, advise clients on new and revised occupational health and related services, advise the business development team on retender and renewal opportunities, review and analyse client management information to identify trends and opportunities, manage subcontractor relationships plus ensure contractual terms are appropriate for services delivered and amended appropriately.
We are looking for a highly organised and analytical individual with experience of relationship and contract management within the medical or insurance sectors with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships. You will possess sound IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, the ability to produce and analyse business management information plus excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Client Account Manager job is based in Uckfield, East Sussex and is paying £40,000 - £45,000 according to individual skills and previous experience plus 25 days holiday and health cash plan.
