Sous Chef - Bristol - to £24k

We are looking for a Sous Chef for a Caribbean themed restaurant and cocktail bar in central Bristol. The business is independently run and has a fantastic reputation for its food, ambiance and authentic Caribbean cocktails. Open from 12 noon to late the bar is always busy and the kitchen uses all fresh ingredients for it's very popular menus. An emphasis on offering quality food and drinks along side a relaxed fun and friendly environment has made this business a fantastic success.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to help support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and to run the kitchen on Chef's days off. It is important that applicants have experience at this level as Sous Chef.

Experience with Caribbean food is useful but not essential.

Hours are 5 days out of 7, with various shift patterns running between 10:30am to 11pm. There is a certain level of flexibility available in terms of shift patterns required, be that straight shifts or split shifts and this can be discussed at interview stage.

Salary is up to £24k depending on experience.
