Key Account Manager / Portfolio Manager

I’m currently working with a fantastic business who provide innovative, tailor made packaging solutions and have been established for over 30 years. Over the years, they’ve built up a network of global supply partners who invest heavily in packaging and process innovation enabling them to help thousands of businesses across many different sectors. They pride themselves on a personal approach, leading edge technologies and a flawless service.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager / Portfolio Manager who will be responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of customers as well as winning new accounts, providing a first class customer experience. You’ll also be responsible for articulating brand proposition within the market place to build brand recognition and attract new customers.

Key Accountabilities:
• Build strong relationships with clients by helping them achieve their business goals  and improving their business performance
• Consistently exceed customer expectations
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Hit weekly growth in pipeline KPI
• Retain existing alongside winning new accounts
• Championing the brand promise & culture every day

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong and proven new business and account management background although this can be in any sector. Just as important is that you have the hunger, drive and passion to reach and achieve targets as well as well as the desire to share in the company ethos to provide customer service excellence.

The basic salary for the role is up to £35,000 and the role comes with a company car or car allowance, laptop, mobile and all the support and training you’ll need to help you succeed.
