£20000 - £24000 salary
Our client are looking for a hard working and experienced sous chef to join their existing team. Based within a restaurant just outside Huntingdon you will be in charge of the kitchen when the head chef is not present.
Transport will be required due to the location.
Strong leadership skills is required and management of the kitchen. At least 2 years sous chef experience should be required for the level of service already provided by the team. This is a busy environment providing excellent dishes on a daily basis.
Sous Chef duties include:
Running the kitchen when the head chef is away
Ensuring your brigade has high culinary standards
Managing food purchasing and storage
Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
Helping create new recipes and write menus
