Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday Role requirements ? Plan and implement campaigns for all B2C marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, SEO and TV ? Deliver data-driven performance marketing to optimise CPLs and LTVs within your marketing mix ? Manage and test a range of promotions and targeting to deliver scale and performance ? Clear and accurate creative briefing to keep messages fresh and relevant ? Develop and grow the retargeting programme using a variety of platforms ? Landing page testing and optimisation ? Manage pixel implementations and technical integrations to support your activities ? A regular test and learn programme to continually improve CPL/LTV ratios ? Track, analyse and report on performance back to the business ? Manage the media/campaign planner to align plans with wider marketing initiatives ? Channel P&L ownership ? Contract negotiations with agencies and freelancers Person requirements ? A full-stack marketer with a good blend of technical and commercial marketing experience ? A creative problem solver with an ability to spot and execute opportunities to test and learn ? Naturally curious and a keen learner, able to adapt well to change ? A broad understanding of the marketing mix and deep experience in digital marketing ? A customer-first approach to problem solving ? Deep customer data experience, through external and internal data points ? Expertise in a range of web analytics, AB testing, data analysis and ad platform tools ? As comfortable working alone as well as in a team ? Good verbal, written and presentation skills ? A strategic thinker and tactical executioner ? Experience of managing a varied workload and flexible to adapt to changing business needs ? Experience within a fast growth startup and/or within subscriptions/ecommerce a distinct advantage ? Strong commercial skills to understand top and bottom line impact on growth ? Data obsessive and comfortable with a range of acronyms such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ATV, LTV, ROI ? Ability to think strategically and act tactically to support fast growth KPIs ? Experience of international growth advantageous ? Experience manipulating data in Excel and BI software like Looker (SQL a plus) ? A thought leader on digital and traditional B2C marketing within the business
