Job Title - Experienced Senior Case Handlers

Location - Skipton

Hours - Monday to Friday Core Hours

Salary - £23,000

About the role:

We are looking for driven and customer focused individuals as we recruit experienced Senior Case Handlers here in Skipton to join us starting on the 3rd July 2017 on a 2 year fixed term basis.

You will have full ownership of your own case load, investigating and reviewing regulated mortgage endowment complaints. Delivering a first class customer service you will accurately review the file, agree an outcome and where required, calculate accurate redress. You will then communicate effectively and professionally with the customer (both verbally and in writing) to ensure a positive outcome.

Full training and support will be provided by our team of experts including Trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Team Managers.

You will have full ownership of your own PPI complaint case load, investigating and reviewing complaints. Delivering a first-class customer service, you will accurately review the file, identify all the facts and agree a fair outcome. You will then ensure that you articulate your decision to the customer, effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
