My Client is recognised as one of the market leaders in their field and are a growing organisation who are currently looking for a keen sales person to add to their internal sales team. This role is suitable for someone who has a passion to get into business to business sales or even for someone who wants to continue their career in sales within an expanding company.

As an Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with phone calls, direct callers in the office and online enquiries for new business quotes
  • Answering the phone within a certain time frame wherever possible in conjunction with other staff. Ringing back clients who have carried out online quotations or requested quotations
  • Providing quotations
  • Ensuring the computer system is updated in line with procedures and that telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are recorded
  • Chasing up potential clients that have received a quotation but have not incepted cover
  • Processing New Business
    • Completing the required paperwork for any policies that are incepted. Set the relevant diaries and pass the file to the customer service team
  • Increasing New Business
    • Pro-actively looking for ways to increase new business, including recording statistics on sources of business, cold calling to potential clients and lapsed clients
    • To ensure that your individual stats are, on a daily basis, recorded on the sales spread sheet
  • Diaries
    • Dealing with own diaries on a daily basis
