The Client

One of the best-stocked bars in the city - with at least 15 draught lines, six cask ales, more than 50 craft beers and an array of world wines to choose from. Dining at this establishment is a social experience, with small sharer plates at the heart of their delicious lunch and dinner menus. There are more than 30 tempting dishes to choose from, each cleverly concocted from the finest seasonal ingredients around.

Salary & Package

  • £35K per annum
  • 28 days Holiday a year

What Our Client is looking for in a Head Chef

We are recruiting for a hard working Head Chef who has the drive to enhance their own careers. With the leadership skills to maintain and progress the existing kitchen brigade. You will be passionate about fresh produce

  • Ability to deliver quality food consistently
  • Someone who is going to be able to work and train the other chefs within the brigade
  • Good preparation and organisational skills
  • Experience in working under pressure in high volume establishments
  • A "can do" attitude and a flexible approach to work
  • Passion, commitment and drive
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Passionate, committed and driven
  • Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
