SOUS CHEF- CENTRAL LONDON - £35,000 -FRENCH CUISINE - NEW OPENING
This newly refurbished Central London Brasserie is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to help oversee the smooth running of its kitchen.
You will be creating modern French cuisine using fresh locally sourced ingredients and all the breads and sauces are prepared fresh daily on the premises. You must have experience within a high standard, fine dining environment and you must have experience in managing a medium sized brigade.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. An excellent salary of up to £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
