Premium brand within the bathroom product sector targeting housebuilders and developers.

Package: On offer is a basic salary between £40,000 and £45,000 plus £10,000 to £15,000 on top, Mercedes C Class, Mobile Phone, Laptop, Pension, Healthcare and 25 Days Holidays.

Role: Specification Sales Manager - This is a split role with about 60% of the successful candidates time spent dealing with key accounts whiles the rest of the time is spent targeting new business with housebuilders and regional developers across the area. You will be tasked with promoting our clients fantastic range of bathroom products with is mainly very high end saintaryware. The majority of your time will be spent in North London and the Northern Home Counties with some time spent in the Midlands with offices of the Key Accounts.

Location: Candidates will Ideally live in North London, Essex, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Berkshire.

Candidate: Our client is looking for candidates who have experience selling a bathroom or closely related product to the housebuilder and developer market place. If candidate have key account management experience this would be a bonus but not essential. Candidate must be driven and structured and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in dealing with the specification market.
