We are on the lookout for an experienced Surveyor to join one of our key clients within a high profile Buildings Conservation team.
As a Surveyor with one of the UK’s most respected buildings conservation organisations you would have responsibility for supporting the Lead Surveyor in leading the delivery of work-plans, arising from property planning processes for your assigned client group.
As a Surveyor within this highly regarded national organisation you would be a key player in ensuring that you prepare programmes with the organisations general philosophy and standards for building conservation. If successful you will play a key role in monitoring and managing budgets, expenditure and overall financial implications for your assigned property portfolio. In addition, you would be expected to lead various projects for planned and reactive maintenance as well as taking responsibility for assessing capital projects.
To be successful as a Surveyor in this role you will most likely have Chartered Membership of an appropriate professional body such as RICS or RIAS. You will have previous experience of operating in a similar Surveying capacity. In addition, you will have a demonstrable background in a broad range of tasks as a Surveyor including Project Management, Contract Administration, Financial/Budget Management and H&S, CDM compliance.

In return the client will pay a competitive salary of circa £34k + car allowance + benefits
