Role: Corporate Administrator
Salary: up to £30,000
Financial Divisions are recruiting a Corporate Administrator for one of Europe’s leading IFAs based in London. As a high profile company, they are seeking an experienced Corporate Administrator with Group Risk experience to provide proactive team support service and ensure immaculate administrative processes.
You will be providing exceptional customer service to Clients as well as being a key member of the internal team, assisting with production of reports, quotes, valuations and announcement packs. As Corporate Administrator, you will process all new business documents and updating the back office systems. You will be have clear communication skills as you will provide answers to Advisors, colleagues and external Clients.
The daily tasks of the Corporate Administrator will include:
Keeping accurate and up to date information on the internal databases
Quick response to commission queries
Improvement of administrative procedures to improve satisfaction and productivity
Become an integral part of the team, demonstrating team work and willingness to assist whenever needed
This is a challenging role so needs a Corporate Administrator who is Full CFP or FPC (ideally GR1 qualified), good knowledge of regulatory requirements and TCF, excellent IT skills, 2 years minimum experience in a similar environment, outstanding knowledge of Group Risk Schemes, experience with Auto Enrolment, knowledge of SSAS/SIPP.
