Reed Accountancy Oxfordshire are delighted to be partnering with a successful distribution firm on the outskirts of Oxford, who seek to appoint an Accounts Administrator this Spring, so play a leading role in the completion of monthly accounts preparation.

As part of the small team, your responsibilities will be diverse, and include:

- undertaking credit control to collect outstanding debts, via telephone and email
- posting all customer receipts and allocating against customer accounts
- handling a wide variety of customer queries
- matching goods received notes with supplier invoices
- coding and processing supplier invoices
- reconciliation of supplier statements
- preparation of weekly and monthly supplier payment runs
- processing and reconciling company credit card statements
- control and reconciliation of petty cash

As the ideal applicant, you will demonstrate relevant experience in the majority of the above listed duties, and a willingness to learn more in other areas, in order to contribute towards the wider function.
