We are actively recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join our growing Assets and Investments team at our Head Office in Camden. This role will see you operate as a pivotal part of the Genesis Sales team. You will be responsible for managing pipeline multi tenure sales, with the aim of converting leads into completed sales, transactions or lettings.

You will be expected to work towards annual KPI targets and the delivery of the overall business objectives.

If you previous sales experience in a housing environment and can show us you have a genuine interest in hitting and exceeding targets, then it is worth you applying. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, will be needed as you will be required to write regular reports and liaise with customers both face to face, email and over the phone.
This post will be based in Camden at our Head Office and on site within London and Essex areas. The hours for this role are 35 hours per week, this will involve working occasional Saturdays to meet the requirements of the business.
