Finance Manager - Christchurch - to £45K
Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are exclusively recruiting a Finance Manager for a large well established service company going through a period of sustained growth and this is an exciting new position which will be pivotal within the finance structure.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have responsibility for all financial reporting companies, together with the management and coaching of a team of 3. You would prepare monthly management accounts for all entities, manage the fixed assets, stock, cash and banking, creditors and debtors. You will also need to be proactive to identify and implement process improvements and work with the business to identify opportunities to increase income/reduce costs. There would also be some UK travel involved from time to time.
You will need to be a graduate and fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with good experience of improving financial controls and delivering insightful analysis/reporting, together with good commercial aptitude and experience of managing and developing a team. Strong ERP systems experience, advanced Excel and strong communication skills would also be required. This position would suit someone wanting to make a difference and add value.
