Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to join their growing team based in Milton Keynes

The marketing executive is responsible for supporting and contributing to the account team’s productivity, both through daily tasks and longer-term projects. Writing briefs and seeing them through to completion, whether online or off-line.

The ME will be responsible for implementing agreed strategies to support the client's business objectives and as well as supporting team members.

A confident and effective professional candidate who is a strong communicator, has a great ‘can do’ attitude and takes great pride in their work.

You will be deliver marketing and campaign activity to successfully drive the company's clients and activities. This will include creating all emails using HTML, PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, Social, etc.

• Provide support in planning, updating marketing plans, budgets and forecasts, and reporting across all products and brands.
• Work with Partners and Agencies, attending meetings to refine plans, schedules and campaign activity.
• Deliver marketing activity, providing good creative briefs and achievable deadlines, ensuring quality checks are completed, and all artwork adheres to company brand guidelines, TCF, compliance and FCA guidelines.
• Manage the creation of marketing material from content, images, CTA, T&Cs and tracking
• Liaise with internal and external designers and internal creative agency working with the Gibraltar team
• Build a good working knowledge of the different markets in which we operate, including a detailed understanding of our partners and our competitors.
• Provide updates of marketing activity, communicating activity within the business, and attending meetings to share and update.
• Ensure reporting for partners and channels is completed accurately, reviewed, and circulated for meetings.
• Analyse reporting and use as learning for future campaigns.

• Experience of using HTML, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential
• Experience of providing reporting, and analysing data
• Previous experience as a Marketing Executive
• Good working knowledge of technology required to deliver campaign activity including database, e-mail and SMS broadcast tools.
• Knowledge of end to end marketing campaign management
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive with the ability to prioritise own workload, and manage activity to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand data
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with partners and agencies
• Experience in Fastats and Return Path are desirable
• CIM Marketing qualification is desirable
