Facilities Manager - Oxfordshire - 12 Month FTC - £40k to £44k
Facilities Manager required to join an Engineering business based in Oxfordshire for a 12 month fixed term contract.
As Facilities Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are maintained to support the requirements of the business.
Responsibilities will include managing the primary sub-contractors and making sure suitable sub-contracts are in place. Other duties will include managing fire preparedness and response for facilities, managing first air equipment and operations management of access control, CCTV, Intruder and fire systems.
Suitable applicants will have proven Facilities Management experience within a similar type of business, managing the facilities management delivery through sub-contractors. Previous experience of managing a new build project and team will be beneficial.
