Project Coordinator - Engineering
Our retained client have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their busy engineering office due to business growth.
Your main function will be to take ownership and help manage projects from inception to completion.
Essential duties and responsibilities.
Provide all relevant installation information to installation staff
Co Ordination of Equipment and organising delivering to site
Method Statements for Installing the Equipment
Installation Risk Analysis
Organising Equipment Hire to Site
Client Liaison via email, telephone and face to face
Maintain progress of issues and flow of information
Identify opportunities for the improvement of service
Project commissioning via Site Supervisors
Snagging for completion of the project.
Sign off job sheets/time sheets from the installation team
Proactive and organised with good use of initiative
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Ability to communicate effectively, presentation skills for training
Mechanical/Electrical person with mechanical bias
Knowledge and understanding of plant installation
Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and
Salary dependant on experience
