Banner are currently seeking an Internal Account Manager within our Livingston offices to be responsible for proactively promoting our range of Office Products and services, both to existing Private and Public Customers. They will help customers with information and questions about our range of services, provide a friendly, reliable and informative service experience and achievean agreed range of business objectives while observing our high customer service expectations. We are offering a salary of £17,000 plus commission and other great benefits including a generous holiday scheme.

The successful candidate will have telesales experience, ideally within a pro-active selling environment. Evidence of sales related awards/achievements would be great. You will also hold GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at grade C or above and be able to demonstrate computer literacy, especially with MS office including Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to multi-task handling a range of opportunities simultaneously, demonstrate a positive attitude toward new account creation, demonstrate a 'common sense’ approach to problem solving and be an enthusiastic 'self starter’ driven by the wish to succeed and earn rewards are also key in this role.
