This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established Rosette and Michelin-starred company at one of their best sites in West End London. Work alongside the Head Pastry Chef, an ambitious and talented Michelin-starred talent, this is a great learning opportunity that can develop into a great role.

  • Experience at a high volume rosette level is essential. This is a busy and demanding site and is not for the faint hearted!
  • You must have a great eye for detail and want to work at a high quality with consistency - every plate to leave the pass needs to be perfect
  • Learn from a passionate, talented Head Pastry Chef and join a team led by one of London's best executive chefs with a real interest in holding onto and developing the talent in the kitchen
  • There is a good track to promotion either in house or amongst the groups other sites. More so this is an international company with opportunities abroad if you have itchy feet!
  • For this role you are paid HOURLY with a guaranteed 48 hours/week. On top of this is a sizeable TRONC package leading to expected annual earnings of up to £26,000 for a pastry CDP
