An Engineering Manager is required for a leading manufacturing and process site in Staffordshire. Our client is part of a hugely successful international organisation with sites across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all maintenance and associated projects on site. Ensuring that all site assets and equipment are maintained to and comply with all relevant company and statutory engineering standards, and that procedures are followed in accordance with the Safety Management System, the MAPP and the risk assessments.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

*Leading a team of 2 direct and 25 indirect
*Management of all Maintenance activities across a designated area - facilities and infrastructure, direct and contracted labour
*Take responsibility for developing and implementing operational activities to improve the capability and performance of the facilities, production processes and product QCD.
*Responsible for effective execution of the groups permit system and compliance with group standards
*Develop and manage technical and personal development plans for all staff

Elevation Recruitment Group would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience:

*Degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline
*Time served engineer
*Extensive experience in a proactive and reliability focused environment
*Experience of managing projects and costs
*Ability to lead multi disciplined team and outside contractors
