£18-23,000 p.a. salary DOE, Commission OTE £30K+
Office based role located in central Bournemouth, Dorset.

The salary for this opportunity is £18-23,000 p.a. depending on previous experience and background in sales/account management. You will also earn commission with expected OTE of £30K+. As a Trainee Account Manager you will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing administrative support to the sales team. You will need to be confident on the telephone when speaking to customers and aspire to become a fully-fledged Account Manager in the IT sector. There will be an element of generating new business through up-selling and cross selling. However, there is no 'cold'-calling involved.

You will be also be responsible for administering customer contract re-signs and amendments, providing a high standard of administration, answering telephone calls, and being involved in proactively suggesting departmental improvements to enhance sales revenue.

Account Manager Requirements:
*Must be looking for career progression with a desire to grow and embrace a sales and account management role as part of your career plan
*Some sales or account management background
*Confidence when speaking to clients over the phone
*Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
*Strong administration skills
*Excellent knowledge of a CRM system and a good understanding of Microsoft Office
*Able to manage your time, organise your workload, and multi-task
*IT knowledge is desirable

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
