Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller URGENT REQUIREMENT
We are delighted to be partnering with this market leading organisation based in Milton Keynes who are looking to hire an experienced Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller on a fixed term contract basis (6 months initially) to cover maternity leave.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Credit control duties to include collections via telephone and email as well as cash allocations on SAP
- Dealing with queries and resolving issues as required by the role
- Processing supplier rebate claims
- Reconciliation of the general ledger control accounts
- Debtor analysis & intrastat reporting
- Quarterly calculation and submission of VAT
- Bookkeeping duties to include month end and management financial reporting
- At least 3 years general accounting exposure with solid practical experience of credit control responsibilities
- Ideally SAP experience
- Advanced Excel to include the use of V-Look Ups and Macros
- Able to start immediately and commit to at least 6 months
