Registered Children's Home Manager
At Prophet Care Recruitment, we are currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager. To be considered for this position you must have previous experience as a registered manager in a children’s home for learning disabilities or emotional behavioural difficulties. You will also be required to hold a NVQ Level 4 or above in Leadership and Management.
The Registered Manager is accountable for delivering high quality care to the children and young people within the home. You are responsible for delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home, and all day to day management matters. you will be required to demonstrate the ability to build on the well-established principles and practice standards existing within this company.
This position is for 37.5 hours a week. You are able to arrange your own work rota which may involve evening, weekend and sleep-in duties. The registered manager is responsible for ensuring an appropriate staff presence to meet the childcare needs of the children and young people in the home.
