Night Concierge 

A great opportunity to provide a concierge service in a supported housing environment. 

Our client provides accommodation and related support services to help vulnerable people enjoy a more fulfilled life. It is a charity, based on Christian principles, which offers human compassion and practical support to meet people’s needs respecting their faith, culture and social background. Currently our client works in partnership with more than 35 local authorities and administrative authorities and has a growing network of 50 services across England. 

Position: Night Concierge 
Location: Manchester 
Hours: 36 hrs/ 48 hrs alternate weeks 
Contract: Fixed Term until 31st March 2018 
Salary: £14,331 
Benefits include: 25 days annual holiday + bank holidays pro-rata, Life Assurance, Pension scheme and an Employee Health Assistance Programme.

About the role: 

They need a temporary full time Night Concierge Worker to work within their Annex proving support to 6 young rough sleepers. 

Working within a small team you will carry out shifts on a set rota and undergo a comprehensive induction program. 

About You: 

The post holder should have experience in clerical and administrative work and a good level of oral and written communication. You should also be confident in dealing with security issues and emergencies, proven experience of night security work is desirable. 

An Enhanced DBS is required for this role that our client will complete for the successful candidate. 

You may have experience of the following: Concierge, Support Worker, Care Worker, Customer Service, Front of House, Supported Housing, Health and Safety, Administration, Administrator, Sheltered Housing, Night Concierge, Receptionist, etc.
