BEST WESTERN Weston Hall Hotel is a 16th Century Manor House in Warwickshire close to Nuneaton and Coventry. 38 Bedrooms, 4 Conference and Banqueting Suites, Fully Licensed Bar and A La Carte Restaurant. We are a well established independent 3 star hotel providing excellent customer service levels, quality accomodation and food and beverage to our business and leisure guests. Wedding and conference business throughout the year, daily bar and restaurant meals, weekly business clients and weekend leisure guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic outgoing candidate to broaden their experience of the hospitality trade in a fine independent hotel. The successful candidate will further develop and enhance their front of house customer service skills including reception work, conference and banqueting experience, wedding setup and organisation.

The available position will provide the successful candidate with broad experience of the many important aspects within the hotel business. Excellent customer service skills required, you should be a confident communicator. This is a hands on role giving you an excellent appreciation for the different departments within the hotel. You will have responsibility for ensuring staff are well organised and coordinated.

Responsibilities will include:


Providing efficient, expedient and courteous service to customers.

Communicating with customers by phone and in person in relation to current, future and past bookings.

Efficient use of computer reservation system for reservations.

Setting up conference, banqueting and function rooms for relevant business.

Balancing daily accounts, tills and cash sales.

Ensuring the hotel is ready for customers at appropriate business times.

Working with other management assign duties to staff and give instructions regarding work methods and routines.

Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly, on time and in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the hospitality industry and have an appreciation for the hotel business. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to widen their experience and further develop. Previous experience of an assistant manager role desirable but not essential as this is a great opportunity to step up into a management role.
