A newly created position with a leading insurance business in Bradford. This role combines the duties of an accounts function and PA/business administration.

This is a key role combining administrative, accountancy and secretarial duties. Working across all three business areas you will become a key member of the Operations Team providing support to all areas of the business including senior management.

Your daily work schedule will be interesting and varied. Some of your responsibilities will involve:

* Preparation of business statistics
* Preparing operational MI reports
* Arranging business travel, diaries and meetings
* Sales invoicing
* BACS payments
* Preparing agendas and producing minutes for monthly and quarterly meetings

We are seeking candidates with an administrative / PA / finance or accountancy background. Candidates will have proven experience in a similar role with good written and numerical abilities.
