New Business Development Manager
Our client is a highly successful agency, looking to recruit a driven New Business Manager who genuinely enjoys the initial contact to bring in business. You will be consulting and selling Sales and Channel Incentives and Reward and Recognition programmes to a variety of clients , helping them to motivate and reward their staff.
The role is perfect for people who are proactive natural sales people, you will need to be intelligent, articulate and self motivated. Your client base will be very broad , working alongside Marketing and HR Directors across numerous industries, so you need to manage your time effectively and creatively . Once you have secured the business it is passed onto an account manager to service .
Candidates with relevant industry knowledge would be ideal, but we need at least 2 years proven experience in New Business Sales to be considered.

You will receive a base salary plus company car and a generous commission package.
