A Bid Executive to manage request for proposals from suppliers, by investigating and selecting the strategy for development and production.
You will be part of a Family run, global organization who is a market leader in fleet Management. Your new company works closely with customers to solve complex fleet management problems, combining optimal life cycle analysis and business insight with sustainable fleet practices, to deliver high service and the latest technology to drive fleet efficiency up and costs down.
As a Bid executive you will be responsible for investigating the needs of the clients and develop strategies for request for proposals (RFP) that are aligned with the client's needs. You will be designing, refining and implementing processes and procedures to deliver a highly competitive bid management function, whilst maximizing sales opportunities. You will also be accountable for managing tenders, before release to the client and managing the daily operations of the tender desk for new sales and client retention.
You will have experience of Bid writing and have a proven track record of managing accounts. You will have strong administration skills and an outgoing personality where you will be able to think outside the box and be self-motivated. You will be part of a vibrant culture where you can bring your ideas, experience and knowledge.
