36 hours per week, term time only

(Actual Salary £15,913 - £17,161 / Full Time Equivalent £17,935 - £19,374)

The Folio Education Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to provide 1:1 and small group support for a range of SEN students at WCGS, including those with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Candidates will be motivated, enthusiastic and reliable and have the drive to help learners overcome barriers in order to achieve their full potential. Candidates must be willing to work alongside teaching and non-teaching staff, parents and students to enhance our culture of personalisation and ensure that our highly able SEN students are supported through any difficulties they may experience. The role will likely require your engagement with a range of school wide issues including attendance, punctuality, and organisation and challenging behaviour.

    This position would suit candidates at entry level or a more experienced candidate.
