Head of Brand and Marketing
Up to £525 per day - 6 month contract OR £80,000 permanent

(The client will also look at contractors who want to be on a day rate and then move to permanent)

InterQuest Solutions are proud to recruiting for one of our most valuable clients a multinational retailer. They're looking for someone to be the brand guardian for services. The gate to all brand development and execution for both the services business and its partners.
To ensure all services brands especially the new Team Knowhow brand has strong consideration, preference and appeal to their customers through the development of efficient and effective marketing activity across all channels and touchpoints, to build the brand and drive acquisition.

*Leading brand creative development for services working with the UK and marketing channel teams to lead the rebrand and continued development of the brand throughout the transformation programme and all the marketing activity.
*Lead and manage the development of all creative brand assets and applications for all channels and touchpoints.
*Lead the brand and marketing team and work with the programme team to deliver a rebrand that is on time and on budget
*Further develop the look and feel of the brand to deliver on brand strategy and brand ambition
*Manage and deliver marketing plans that support the 3 year plan revenue numbers and development initiatives
*Develop partner marketing plans for full marketing mi
*Manage brand and marketing teams to focus on delivery and develop a high performance team
*Develop measurable( ROI, CPA, SOV, Market share, brand metrics) marketing campaign with
*Partner businesses including UK and I retail brands and stand-alone services businesses
*Manage and control budgets and review performance
*Lead creative and media agency relationship, both strategy briefing and day to day management ( full service media including digital, social and content, PR)
*Develop marketing activity with the commercial team including promotional plans and launches
*Support the commercial teams on new proposition development and go to market strategies and plans including always on activity

*Full support for the achievement of our sales, margin / , volume, share, and L4L / YoY growth targets
*Delivery of all activity on time and to budget
*Educated to degree standard or equivalent
*A marketing professional with strong brand and advertising leadership experience
*Ability to translate customer insight into clear and compelling customer messages and communication
*Ability to join up multiple strands of activity to land in the market at the same time for maximum impact in terms of impact, influence, and ultimately sales
*Highly commercially aware
*Excellent understanding of all elements of the marketing mix and the role of brand, advertising, and visual communications within this
*Strong commercial and numerical analytical skills

This position is key in owning responsibility for of our biggest single budget areas - advertising, media, visual communications and content production. It also has a key role in shaping the development and preference for our brands versus the competition in the market.
The Head of Brand and Marketing will have brand and marketing direct reports as well as creative services design that sits in the central studio. The role requires strong prioritisation skills as well as great direction and leadership skills.
This will be a high profile role working in to the Brand Marketing and Customer Communications Director with significant internal and external exposure, regular exec and senior stakeholder visibility, and will play a key role as part of the Services wider marketing leadership team. Considerable influence, and a highly collaborative approach are key to success in this role.
