Have you got a strong background in B2B Marketing? Are you looking to progress your Marketing Management career? This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Professional to work with one of the worlds leading providers of tailored learning solutions. Their offices are based near Blackfriars and they are offering a salary in line with experience, between £32,000-37,000 plus bonus, £2,000-5,000.

This is the ideal opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive looking for the next step, or a Marketing Manager looking for more responsibility. This role offers an introduction to management and exposure to new channels. The successful candidate will need to have experience as a hands-on marketer across a range of channels, and ability to think strategically.

This autonomous role will be responsible for planning, mapping and managing the execution of marketing activity for an extensive portfolio of public and in-house courses as well as managing a remote team of two. As a marketing team they are active across a number of channels which allows for a lot of variety within the role, additionally they encourage continuous learning through testing of new tools, channels and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Planning, mapping and execution of campaigns across email, direct mail, content, social media, influencer outreach, PPC, affiliates, ABM, and sales
* Managing a remote team of 2 marketing executives and their activities
* Management of freelance writers and design agencies
* Planning and management of ad hoc free events
* Budget maintenance
* Channel reporting

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in a hands on B2B marketing role, across various digital channels
* Prior experience of managing a small team would be advantageous
* Advanced and enthusiastic Excel user
* Strong copywriting skills
* Some experience of design e.g. email templates would be desirable
* Management of social media accounts across paid and organic social media
