We are looking for Deputy Manager- Finance for one of our Clients to join their growing team in their main branch in Central London.Our client is an International Public Sector banking and financial services company.


To manage day to day duties in the Accounts Department for the newly formed subsidiary, ensuring that reports are submitted within deadlines. To deal with any issues related to Accounts, including assisting Branches with any issues related to Accounts on their Books.



  • EIR Modelling including the management and updating thereof
  • Production of Statutory Financial Accounts of the Subsidiary
  • Production of the monthly management Accounts of the Subsidiary for submission to Head office
  • Application of the Accounting policies of the subsidiary
  • Potential revisions and refinement of these policies
  • Production of the audited quartley working Results to Head Office
  • Interaction with relevant teams for both liquidity as well as regulatory reporting
  • Attendance at monthly meetings along with relevant presentations
  • Month end close procedure including reconciliation of key accounts
  • Liaising with External Auditors as primary point of contact for quartley working results and year end audit
  • Maintenance and update of the TP Model between the branch and Subsidiary for shared functions/cost Tax
  • Perform the corporation Tax calculation along with any resulting Deferred tax for monthly, quartley and annual reporting including any associated work required by the subsidiary’s tax adviser
  • Working alongside compliance to produce relevant data for submission to HMRC in connection with CRS (Common Reporting Standards)

Person Specification :

Required Qualification :ACA or ACCA

  • Experience of UK GAAP (FRS 102),IFRS and Bank audit must
  • Expereince in Banking Industry required
  • Ability to work independently
