Job Title: Commercial Planning and Project Manager
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000
Benefits: 20% Bonus and Benefits
Location: London

This multi-function, project led role, will be responsible for enhancing the sales function capabilities with one of the leading drinks companies in the UK. Working with some of the most premium, iconic drink brands, this dynamic and leading organisation is opening its doors to a driven individual to spearhead their business operations.

Brief Description/Overview

The role is tasked with enabling, managing & maintaining a sales toolkit supporting the planning processes and operating as central custodian for sales and communications. You will have functional accountabilities across a wide remit, influencing multiple stakeholders and functions of the business. You will be coordinating and enhancing the planning processes and operations of the business as the key individual for sales communications.

Key responsibilities are:

*Sales team metrics incl. measuring and delivery
*Support & enhance MBUK planning processes (IAP / QBR / Cycle Planning)
*Support delivery Customer Brand Immersions (room / trips)
*Event / Asset Management & Project Management
*Custodian of centralised sales communications
*Sales Toolkit overall content management

Do you have?

*Experience working for a major FMCG company or drinks specific company.
*A strong background in operations
*Experience of managing stake holders
*Must understand the importance of working in a team and building strong/ trusting relationships with colleagues.
*An ability to develop and deliver strong insight led commercial selling stories for a premium brand
*Multiple channel exposure and operations experience
*Experience of presentation to exec / board level
*CRM experience, ideally within FMCG organisations
*Successful track record managing multiple simultaneous projects
