Their business in Aldershot has achieved steady growth over the past few years and they are the UK's premier distributor of HVAC control products, specialising in servicing the BMS, M&E and FM sectors. We are now looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Sales Manager to make an impact on the business, develop a long-term career and build on the company's success.

The Role

As a Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, clients and suppliers throughout the region. We are looking for someone with a strong background and knowledge of HVAC control products, who is now looking to progress their career by joining a large group whose name in the industry speaks for itself.

Responsibilities

  • Leading by example and acting as an ambassador and role model for the business
  • Creating a strategic plan to increase market share and maximise business development opportunities
  • Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
  • Manage internal leads/quoting system to maximise opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Skills

  • Strong HVAC control products knowledge and sales experience
  • Keen to progress in a B2B sales environment
  • Confident, driven and dynamic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to capitalise on opportunities
