Inside Sales Executive
My client based in Petersfield are looking for a New Inside Sales Executive, the role is to identify new product opportunities and market trends (including competitor information) to ensure the Companies proposition remains of high value to the customer.
- Provide first point telephone response to incoming customer enquiries
- Support external sales team in developing new business opportunities and develop personally strong and profitable business relationships
- Maintain telephone contact with a number of nominated accounts
- Support the external sales team in their day to day activities, ensuring customer generated actions and quotations are accurately identified and responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and complete nominated tenders with a professional response.
- Maintain the CRM system (Pipeline), entering new opportunities and keeping the customer and project files fully up to date.
- Ensure Gross Profit (GP) targets are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have previous B2B sales experience, be an excellent communicator at all levels and ideally come from a construction back ground.
