Service Manager Edinburgh
My client is offering a generous salary, a bonus of up to 20%, up to 35 days annual leave, company pension and reimbursement of NMC Pin renewal.
My client are looking for RGN / RMN qualified Managers with valid NMC PIN preferred, but will also consider applicants with social care experience at management level provided you are registered with SSSC and hold SVQ4 and Managers Award.
As a Clinical Manager your role will involve:
Responsible for the health and social care needs of all service users within the Home
Ensuring all staff deliver positive and measurable outcomes for the people they support
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and national minimum standards
Ensure all needs of the people they support are identified and their assessed needs met and supported by the implementation of appropriate regular reviewed Support Plans and risk assessments
Ensure the service and its resources' are managed effectively, economically and efficiently
Maintain effective budgetary management and control and achieve profitability
Prepare and submit all budgetary and other financial information as directed
RGN or RMN Qualified and hold a current NMC PIN (Preferred but not essential)
Must hold a management qualification in health and social care
Knowledge of the local area
Experience of a person centred approach to deliver positive outcomes for people
Demonstrable management experience
Experience of developing a service
