Our client is currently looking for an Inside Salesperson to join their team. You will be working in a friendly, vibrant team and you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and day to day quotation management. You will be managing existing relationships and building on them. This is a business to business role that requires some form of office based sales or account management experience. The role is dealing with warm existing leads rather than cold calling and as a result is salaried only.

The Role

This is a busy role where you will be part of a small team. You will be required to build relationships with new and existing clients. You will need to follow up quotes to gather the required information and either pass the lead to the external sales team or close the business yourself. You will also be required to ensure that all order and delivery requirements are met. This is role involves warm relationship management rather than cold sales. You will spend a large part of your day on the phone talking to customers.

The Ideal Candidate

You will need to have previous office based customer service and sales / business development/ account management experience. You must be able to work in a busy environment and must be happy to be on the telephone a large part of the day. You will need to be able to work to targets and have good communication skills. Previous experience building relationships within a technical environment is a definite advantage.
