Your new role
You will need to to target new clients by networking, social media, cold calling, and the use of market knowledge and research you will be required to develop relationships with new and existing customers to ensure maximum utilisation of the relationships by presenting new solutions and services to the clients
Some of the key responsibilities will include the following:
Research the regional market within the scope of business
Develop strategy and strategic plans to deliver the overall company strategy within the region.
Work with other stakeholders to prepare the perfect pitch for each potential client
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years experience of business development within the construction industry, you will either specialise in asbestos or civil and you must have excellent negotiation skills and it is vital that you have a good knowledge of the local and regional market.
