Oakleaf are proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing luxury brand organisation who are currently looking for a full time, permanent, Payroll Administrator, paying £30,000 to join their team. Reporting into the VP of Finance, and working closely with HR, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

-Managing end-to-end payroll process via the third party supplier

-This includes any employee changes, pensions, salary sacrifices, benefits and year end

- Liaising with the payroll provider to ensure everyone is paid correctly on time

-Ensure all the tax codes are correct and act as the main point of contact for any payroll questions

-Partner with the sales team manager to calculate commission pay

-Administrator all of the benefits - including pension and healthcare plans

The ideal candidate will have:

-Experience in running payroll end-to-end

-Ideally experience of running a French payroll

-Knowledge of co-ordinating payrolls from different countries

-Strong Excel skills (more than pivot tables and v-lookups)

-Previously worked in a smaller company and are looking to do the same

-Fantastic attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate high-quality work

-Knowledge of Moorepay (ideally)
