An exciting opportunity for a sales account manager for an accountancy software company
Your new role
Be the first point of call for prospective and existing practice customers and manage these customers to a successful sales conclusion, either by assisting them or passing the lead to an appropriate sales executive - Maintain and build excellent customer relationships - Meet sales targets set.
Respond in a timely manner to inbound practice telephone calls and establish initially what type of customer they are - Guide existing customers through renewals, upgrades and upsell additional products and services ensuring every sales opportunity is taken - Take payments as necessary - Generate opportunities for the sales team using company systems to cross or up-sell existing customer accounts - Build relationships with customers by proactive account management

Accountancy qualification (or part qualification) AAT, ATT, ACA or ACCA Relevant IT based qualification (data base SQL light or Post Gres) Relevant degree in accountancy or IT Direct Sales courses or qualification
