Finance Technician job with a housing association in Stockport salary paying up to £21,000 per annum.

My client is a rapidly growing housing association in Stockport, with responsibility for managing over 10,000 homes across the Stockport borough. They are recruiting into there corporate finance team due to their continued growth.
Your new role
As a Finance Technician you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, invoices and payments onto the system. You will perform reconciliations on supplier statements, the balance sheet, as well as assisting with bank and petty cash reconciliations. There will also be some work around monthly payments for tax and national insurance, pension returns and VAT.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a clear understanding a double entry bookkeeping and balance sheet reconciliations, experience of these processes within a housing association is advantageous, but not essential. Experience of using SAP is again preferable, but not essential.
