Marketing Executive Manager reporting to Centre Principal or Group Director and MD. To Develop and manage marketing and promotional activity on behalf of the business to ensure that probability and customer satisfaction targets are achieved. Working with the Senior Team to agree a short and medium term strategic objectives. Ensure marketing and promotional activity is co-ordinated across the business to achieve the most effective media coverage. Liaises with TGB to understand their marketing and promotional plans and the wider picture (e.g. Retail Concept) so that the Centre plans can be aligned with TGB activity. Works with Regional Advertising Manager and other sources of support from TGB (e.g. the marketing website) to ensure local marketing and promotional activity meets TGB requirements.

Maintains the Centre marketing database and ensures that it is kept up to date e.g. by regularly cleansing it of out of date information, or integrating externally purchased databases or TGB databases. • Works with local businesses to identify opportunities for outside events (e.g. displays in supermarkets, shopping centres) or competitions (e.g. with local radio)

Identifiy opportunities for sponsorship of local charities or community activity. To promote the Centres profile in the local area. Develops ideas for direct mail (e.g. Centre newsletter or mailshots) in accordance with the needs of the business.
