An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Sales Support to join one of Scotland’s premier IFAs. Based in Ayrshire, this is an excellent opportunity for someone working within an IFA to take the next stage in their career.
The role involves supporting the Financial Planners to ensure the smooth delivery of excellent client service and client communication as well as providing effective back office administration.

The role involves
Organising existing and prospective client meetings and actively managing diaries and workloads
Preparing client documentation in advance of and following client meetings
Managing client service needs and client expectations to ensure client satisfaction
Liaise with clients on any administration queries they may have
Assisting in client meetings when required
Maintaining client files to the required compliance standards
Checking accuracy and completeness of new business documentation
Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately
Liaising with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients
Sending letters of authority and gather accurate information as per advice process Obtaining illustrations and application forms.
