My Client requires candidates to have good rapport building skills and are able to provide a high level of customer service on a face to face and telephone basis. Candidates must have experience in general insurance, sales and other financial services however full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications!

Managing the renewal process and all relevant paperwork
Maintaining customer contact throughout the process
Upselling product portfolio
Keeping abreast of product range and compliance regulations
Ensuring all actions taken are noted on the customer account
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Previous Insurance experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
