OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A SERVICE ADVISOR TO JOIN THEIR MAIN DEALERSHIP TEAM
COMPETITIVE BASIC SALARY PLUS COMMISSION AND BONUSES
•To deal with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
•To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department.
•To record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively.
•Planning the optimum utilisation of workshop capacity in co-operation with the Aftersales Manager and Workshop Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an automotive Service Advisor/Receptionist role and a valid UK driving license is required.
You should be a self-motivated, articulate and professional individual who has good organisational and communication skills and be able to work as a member of a team to achieve deadlines and targets.
You will be responsible for liaising with all customers and dealing with their requests ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
